Using Yelling for Good

I have spotted a trend over the last 36 years when it comes to the topic of yelling in public.  The trend I've noticed is that no-one ever yells anything that is useful.  The yells tend to go along the lines of "Oi you person who has just driven in a car in a way that has mildly inconvenienced me, I want you to know that I am not happy with that!", albeit usually put in a way that is more pithy and sweary.

But yelling is a brilliant way of accentuating information and getting people to pay attention.  I'm all for yelling, but I think it's time that we started focussing it toward more useful subject matter.  

Therefore I propose the following useful yelling categories:

1. Friendly Yelling - This is for those times where you've noticed something about someone but they are far away.  Maybe someone has done their hair nicely, or just seems to be a really nice person.  Example yell- "I appreciate the effort you've put into making the world a brighter place!"
2. Informative Yelling - This category of yelling is more of a general public announcement yell.  Not everyone reads the Facebook and gets the wealth of knowledge it provides, and they need to be reached.  Example yell- "Remember to check for lumps!"
3. Truth Hurts Yelling - Last of all, sometimes people need to know things that might hurt at first, but they're lives would be better if they did know.  Example yell- "Wearing a bright yellow dress and a brown hat makes you look like a banana!"  

So I will be testing these useful yelling approaches over the next few days, and I suggest you do the same*.  I'm sure the world will be better for it.
